im no expert but I believe ive read that you should switch up your diet or exercise every 4-6 weeks to stop the body getting used to the routine....

ive made a plan to weigh in every Monday morning ( to keep me on track @ weekend) however I take one week off a month (as a woman one week/mth can be discouraging) So....3x a month lol

This is my plan too! I joined MFP on Jan 7th and have not had a drink since. I made a goal to not drink ANY alcohol until superbowl. I have lost 6.4 lbs in 3 weeks....slow and stready. I truly believe I would still be at the same start weight if i had been drinking on weekends. Lose during the week, gain back at weekends.…

i agree you should use your calories wisely and eat "real food" so you get the nutrients etc that your body needs. That being said, Ive had messed up day and out of my 1200 calories I have eaten only 300. This leaves me 900 for dinner.....so tonight I am treating myself to some chicken fingers n wedges to help me make up…

from a strictly food point try eliminating carbs after 4pm and eat lots of DARK green veggies

if you are in a plateau try cutting carbs out in the evening (make a goal of no carb ie bread, pasta, potatoes, rice,) after 4pm. Also add in lots of drak green veggies (broccoli, zucchini, romaine lettuce, asparagus, green beans).

i had a quick peek at yesterdays diary....add some bread or pasta (whole wheat of course). This will help you add calories but still keep you eating healthy and nutritious....just be careful with portion control with pasta and rice. I find 1/2 cup portions are enough :)

i had a co-worker do this....she was in a weight loss competition and thursdays was weigh in day...she started "NO EAT WEDNESDAYS" and didnt eat until after her weigh in. the food database here is really good...the eggs should be easy enough. Do you what make the pancakes n sausages were? if not pick something similar...to at least give you an idea. Eating your calorie intake in junk is not a good idea.....your body wont get the nutrients it needs from junk
