I eat mainly fresh veggies, and baked chicken seasoned with a bit of season salt, Boiled eggs, almost nothing processed(thats a good thing right :smile: ) i do salt my food with a salt mix while eating but try to keep it on the light side... 1/4 teaspoon per meal seems about right.
