Are you telling me no one has any advice??? I know someone's got a magic trick! Give it up!!!!

First of all, great choice in workout program! I'm doing Insanity myself and loving my results! I've got abs I never had before! Completely realistic goals you're looking at. I'd suggest following the nutrition guide it comes with. Figure out how many calories you should be eating. It gives you a formula to do so. And then…

WOW!!! You look amaaaaaazing!! What have you done to lose 58 lbs?!
-
SMALL success? Ya right you look awesome! No success is small! Congratulations girl!
-
I'll be looking that up, thank you!

Thanks for the huge responses everyone! I'm definitely a huge self-motivator but would be nice sometimes to have it from others as well. Usually my posts get a lot of feedback but over the last week or so I got MAYBE 1 or 2 responses. And I mean the forums are meant for support! So was just a bit frustrated but all this…

Thanks Julie! Sugar is seriously so addicting for me, so I'm hoping for lots of support from MFP!
-
Awesome Krista! I'll send you more details!!

I had lost ab 15 lbs last year and the same thing happened - everyone noticed and congratulated me and told me how great I was looking and how much happier I was. But then school started again and I began putting the pounds back on because I wasn't keeping up with my workouts or eating as well as I should have been. I…

Thanks for the advice :)

Nathan these are AMAZING results!!! Congratulations on your progress so far! Month 2 here we come!
-
Oh and PS those abs in my profile pic did NOT exist at the beginning of March!
-
Almost done with recovery week and onto month 2. Anyone else scared but totally ready to be on a whole new level of insane???

I do happen to agree with you completely towards cheat days. I eat healthy and the majority of my meals are clean but everyone now and then when I feel like pizza, or pasta, or some chips and beer with friends I won't limit myself because I'll fall off the wagon if I'm TOO rigid all the time. I'm not sure why people would…

LOVE yourtory Jess :) Thanks for sharing it with us. You've come such a long way and I'm so sorry to hear everything you went through. I couldn't imagine how you felt but so glad you picked yourself up and put yourself on the track to happiness!

Last call for anyone who would like to join this mini challenge!
-
Hmm I'll keep that in mind for my next challenge group. Keep your eye out ;)
-
Sounds delicious, I'll have to try them out. Thank you!
-
I'm a ton stronger and my energy is crazy high! I couldn't even do one push up before Insanity and now I can do 10 man pushups!
-
Hahaha I have a feeling I will have those exact same thoughts! I'm taking up running now so I'm doing that while doing recovery week!
-
It's definitely not just you who feels this way as sometimes I wake up in the morning thinking, this is seriously what I look like after 3 straight months of working out and eating right? Some days are just fat days that's all. We're our own biggest critic and to anyone else we wouldn't look any different!
-
Haha really?? I haven't done my first day of recovery week yet. I'm doing it after dinner tonight!
-
I don't do too much outside of Insanity but it's just because of time. I am so busy that I usually only have time for the one workout but I do walk the dog daily and if I have a chance I'll throw in other Beachbody program workouts I love, like from Turbo Fire.
-
Hahaha I actually enjoy the power jumps! The push up jacks are my LEAST favorite!
-
Hah that's hilarious Nathan! No more sitting around being lazy for you on weekends! Isn't it funny how much energy you have when you start working out and how much more your body loves you by giving you mass amounts of energy all day! Keep it up :)
-
Here are my Day 15 results! I also included how much I'm up from Day 1. Very happy with my progress! Thanks for sharing your story. You've come to the best place for support! Feel free to add me for motivation! I'm on here at least 5x times a day. It's my facebook for weight loss!!

AWESOME progress Nathan! Heart monitors are seriously the BEST motivation! Well for me anyways! You can also create your own exercise within MFP instead of using their categories of exercise. Do you find you're burning as much as you thought you were or what MFP was suggesting?

Ok I woke up SUPER late today. Completely forgot to set my alarm! Needed to make studying my priority and then had an awards ceremony and by the time I got home I had a very late dinner and no time to digest and workout. Got a good walk in with the dog and ate really well so back at it tomorrow! I hope everyone rocked…

Oh man I hope to get these results, but lady like!
