How to strengthen wrists?
Does anyone know of some specific exercises or routines I can do to strengthen my wrists? Who prefers to workout at home?
There is so much variation in how people prefer to workout, whether it be at the gym or at home. Personally I hated the gym. Monthly fees, no idea what I'm doing, conflict in class schedules.
