Best tips to tone down thunder thighs?

I run, squat, do cardio, lift, have good nutrition. Changes happen everywhere but these dang thunder thighs!! Come on ladies and gents, how do I get them under control?? Give me your best tips! What works or has worked for you??

I have been running stairs at work a couple times a day, (I work in a high rise building so I start on the 1st floor and run up 10 floors and back down a few times)
it seems to be helping some. (helping my bootie too)0 -
I am also doing squats and front/back/side kicks0

Rub some olive oil on them on Wednesdays but the trick is that there has to be a full moon out that very night. Many people swear by this!0 -
I'm sorry. I have no suggestions other than doing what you're doing. I think it's genetic pre-disposition. My girlfriend had "thunder thighs" and she had lipo - no more TT.0
