Does anyone know of some specific exercises or routines I can do to strengthen my wrists? I have very tiny wrists (not sure if this matters!) and I find that they hurt quite a bit when working on any moves requiring balancing on them. Handstands specifically. Anything you can suggest, or should I just keep practicing being upside down and putting weight on it to strengthen them? Thanks

This one is my favorite.
Although ^^^ that is a waste of money. Get you a 2" diameter PVC pipe, drill a hole in the center, pass some rope through the hole and knot it so it doesn't slip back out, and then tie the weights to the end of the rope.0 -
