I am interested in buying the PIYO workout system and starting it too. Can you tell me anything about it? How strenuous is it? I have some health issues and don't want to hurt myself.

What about an egg white omelet with laughing cow cheese in the middle? Its low calorie, should keep you satisfied, but not too full.

I lost 1.8 lbs this week! Just wanted to share. I wasn't able to do JD last night or tonight. Fighting a terrible cold and can't breathe and hope it doesn't wreck my success of last week. I haven't weighed in this week yet, but did JD almost everyday earning no less than 3000 Sweat Points, but don't seem to be dropping weight that much. I have noticed my leg muscles have gotten quite defined though!

I love to bake too, so I have been getting my "fix" by baking treats and taking them in and sharing them in my daughter's kindergarten class for snack time. I must say I am a very popular mom in that class! LOL

I am having the opposite problem. I am seeing my clothes fitting better, but the scale isn't going down as much as I feel like it should. I have noticed some muscle build up on my body though. Hoping the scale soon follows! Good Luck!

I like Fruit20 water, Ice Botanical Waters and Water with a crushed ice and a splash of Mio water flavor enhancer. Not sure about the sweeteners,but these help me to feel like I am drinking something other than water.

I am in the same boat at you. I want to lose and love to dance. I was doing the treadmill, tried to make it less boring with music first and then Netflix. I easily lost interest. Then I got a Wii last year and have enjoyed using it more to get fit. I got Just Dance and dance at home and have been able to stay motivated.…

Great Job! I am trying! Feeling like I am struggling a bit. Trying to count everything I eat and exercising everyday, but Saturday and seem to be holding in place. A little frustrating, but I refuse to give up! Keep up the good work and keep inspiring the rest of us!

This is my third night in a row doing the Just Dance. I have done it for 1 hour + each night! Hope to lose! This is definitely more fun and I think a much better workout than the treadmill!
