Run while you can! Don't get sucked in now. Its only been 3 weeks and you are young. Chances are you may not end up together anyway. Get out while you can. Live a little. Enjoy college without having to sneak around. You are an adult and will do what you want, but his mother doesn't see him as an adult yet. Good Luck!

I too have a 5 year old and work more than full time. I am a photographer and work for myself, so the work never ends. When not on a shoot my job is like a desk job and I want to lose at least 80lbs. I have added all of you as friends. The support of other mamas sure will help me!

I like to have Egg Beaters with non-stick spray and half a wedge of laughing cow cheese. Its creamy, delicious and incredibly low on calories. Its only like 40 or so calories and makes me feel like I had a good breakfast!

I use store brands all the time. I am a dieting coupon girl and can save a lot of money and still lose that way. I also shop at Kroger a lot and have found their store brands to be fine! Good Luck!

I do my best to get 8 glasses a day and honestly I fill a jug with crushed ice and water sometimes I add some Mio for a splash of flavor and just work on it all day. I drink to big jugs (32oz) each, so when the first is done I just refill it and start again! I don't beat myself up if I don't drink it all and just begin…

Just remember when you first get started the weight usually comes off easier than in the subsequent weeks. Also a pound is a pound. Do that 100 times and you will have lost 100 lbs! Don't be discouraged! You are doing great!

I did not find success on WW. I am doing much better on My Fitness Pal. Its so much easier to count calories than the formula and in my opinion WW is designed to make you lose weight S L O W. I cook all the time, so I put my foods in as meals and then when I make that same dish I can add it as a meal. I find it saves me a lot of time in the long run.

I use a lot of chicken. I buy Perdue usually because the boneless skinless breasts are thick. I can then butterfly them and get twice as much out of the package. I eat the same few breakfasts. I rotate between a few every week. Lunch and dinner I mix up more though. I try to make a new recipe at least once a week when I am not traveling. The exercising isn't usually an issue since I am on my feet moving people & stools for about 10-15 hours a day, but found in the past that I just ate terribly. I am so dedicated now I don't want to lose my momentum.
