A month ago I could not run at 7.0mph! It's still slow compared to some people but I used to huff and puff at 5.0! I remember a time i "ran" at 4.8 and could only do that for MAYBE 5 minutes.

hey guys! still at the same mileage.. haven't been able to to do too much cardio in 3 days because I've had some bad back pain.. possibly a pulled muscle.. possibly an infection-- hopefully just a pull muscle! Pray for me! hoping to get back on the horse by the time this weekend is over.
