It's not "dumping syndrome" it's overindulging. I too will have an upset stomach if i over indulge after i've been "good" for so long. I don't know if your cup size is bigger than a DDD, but victoria secret carries AMAZING sports bras. I never wear anything else when workout esp run anymore!!! try the heavier duty ones.. ( you'll see what i'm talking about)

Greens can take all DAY depending on how flavorful you want them. You'll need smoked meat if you want them to have a lot of flavor! You can cook tem meatless but the key is the timing. One hour is not enough! Give em another try :)

I can definitely see a difference and let me tell you!
