  • Take it slow....when it says JOG...its the speed you set....I made this mistake and by W4 I had dropped down with the speed....now completed W6D1....walk at 5kph and jog at 7.5kph...very comfortable at this bit....good luck and keep going....
  • Not a bad few days. Today was the best with my W6D1 of the C25K completed plus lots of walking.....
  • Really good walk at work today then walking after my dinner....so a nice 5.78miles clocked up today.....this evening was great as it measures out at 3.2miles....and some decent inclines as well....

  • Thanks for the heads up but I doubt if it would be much to worry about. If folk are under their cals on most days, then even having an extra 100 cals a day stuck on would mean your still burning cals up.   • Well I finished W4D3 yesterday and should be starting W5D1 tomorrow or on Friday....The last day of W4 was a sore one but it was the first time I have done this after work so I think that did not help. Anyway, only 5 weeks left ..... ;-)

  • I would say visit a health food shop and get something like Senna Tablets which will help you I would think. Hope they work for you. J
  • Nope I have new shirts and trousers....dropping from size 44 to 38 for trousers and 19 to 17inch collar for shirts.....looked rather silly....but happy to spend the money on clothes......for this reason....

  • Well done...I would just move onto Week 2 Day 1. Keep with what your comfortable with. I dropped my speed for the jog down by 1kph for week 3 and find that am comfortable with 5.5kph for the walking and 8kph for the jog. I finished W3 D3 today so its onto W4 on Tuesday, (Remember rest days are important). So stick with it…
