Well I failed this month...not too gutted about it but only 22miles short of 140miles.....I knew I should have gotten on the bike.... ;-)

Hmm....dont think I will meet my target this month...arrrggghhhh......unless I work my butt off (I wish...a few more lbs would be good...hee hee).....will have to do 11miles per day for the next 3 days.....yikes.....gym tomorrow morning 6.30am....going to at least try and beat last months target of 125miles....

Well had a great day yesterday....getting easy to do a good 5 or 6km on the treadmill before going to work...nice way to start the day....anyway....still trying to push towards my target.....

Early morning GYM session....not bad...5km seems to be easy enough..upping the speed now....but good amount of miles done today (still not enough though....)

Well thats it folks...W9 D3 completed today....really happy with myself....went onto and finally completed 1hr 24min on the treadmill, managed just over 10km....not all jogging but doubt I could have done this before I started C25K.... For everyone else, its hard going but really well worth it......you can all do…

Well done.....at least you are trying and not giving up....even if you drop the speed down a bit....might be worth looking at? I have W9D3 tomorrow....was going to do it today but thought a nice start to Sunday morning...Its a great programme and I hope that you keep going on it......

Ok thats me now....completed W9D2 today.....so ONE MORE DAY to go...and the programme is complete.....I am so tempted to do this tomorrow but I have not failed a day yet and kept as close to the programme as possible so might leave until Sat or Sun (Fri for rest day)....... It does get so much easier folks.....

Hi Folks, I have only done a couple of them outdoors but we have a great park with a large pond and its flat ...the other part of the park is made up of various sloops...not sure am into that just yet. Once I finish off the last 2 W9 days I will redo weeks 7, 8 and 9 but outside.....will let you all know how I get on. J

Well folk seem to think that you cant eat so many good things on a diet but if you check out things you will find that there is a low cal ice cream that does taste as good as the full fat stuff...also fresh strawberries mmmmmmmmmmmm.....Hope you enjoy them when you end up with some..... J

Hi Thanks. Week 9 day 1 was completed today....its pretty easy to start off but just be careful and dont go too fast. After my 30mins jog today I went on and spent more time on the treadmill, lots of walking at 5kph then jogging at 7.5kph and a few 2minute sessions of 10kph. Oh I love it when I have been to the gym and just see the amount of calories I can eat build up....its a great treat to start the day with 1490 cals and then after the gym suddnely find I have 2150 calories to eat...mmmm yummy. Yesterday I had a lot of cals left to use and decided on some nice strawberries and walls light…
