Well I completed W8D2 of C25K today.....I am really suprised that I have managed to do this and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel...only 4 more sessions to go and thats it....C25K completed....cant wait until Tuesday so thats W8 over and latter this week do my first W9D1.... Just trying to figure out what to do…

A very productive Sunday.....completed my April challenge today and smashed W8D2 of my C25K.....oh and my weight is still going down...yeah ha...roll on May....

Well not many miles left...hope to finish off this challenge on Sunday.....going to stay on that treadmill until I have at least 6km on the clock.....so just another hour of hard work to do.....

Had a great day today.....33 minutes on the treadmill with jogging....W8D1 C25K completed.........good walking as well at work...nearly there....

Well thats Week 7 completed....even managed an extra 90 seconds......I really have to say to folks..dont give up.....week 7 looks really bad as its 5mins brisk walk and 25mins jog but by the time you have completed all the other weeks you will really be suprised at how easy week 7 is...now roll on week 8....only 6 more…

Well today non-event...ended up sitting on my backside for most of it rather than all the walking I thought I might do...anyway gym in the morning.....not long until this month is over....going do this....

Well done....I try and go into the pool after the C25K stuff if possible...nice relaxing just sitting doing near enough nothing..... I have W7D3 tomorrow.....cant wait until that is done...then its only 6 more C25Ks to complete the whole thing.....

Well only a few miles today walking at work our doing surveys...tomorrow the gym and more surveys...should be a good total I hope....

A few more miles today...even managed the cooper test on the treadmill....my best yet of 13mins 40secs...not bad considering my first one was around 19minutes....

Another day....W7D2 of my C25K completed.....not a bad amount of miles done in the gym and walking....I think I might just make my target this month.....

Decided to get the train to work then a decent walk to/fm the station..then great walk in the park this evening with the family...certainly puts on the miles doing this on my no gym day....

Hello, I agree with all the advice you have been given so far. I looked to see what was meant by jog and brisk walk, there was no set standard. I know jog at 7.5kmph (4.66mph) and my brisk walk is 5kmph (3.1mph) also if you start feeling knackerd or out of breath just slow down then raise the speed again...the idea is to…

Another day completed.....thought I was going die on that treadmill with C25K on W6D3...but I made it....anyway a few more miles for the total today....

Well tomorrow (If I get out of my bed on time) I will see if I can complete W6D3...long slog for a 25minute jog on the treadmill...what else can I ask for before I go into work......yikes....

Hello again folks.... Well ditched the car today and walked down to the cafe to meet the daughter and wife..a nice 30mins stroll.....added to my total for the day.....

This is really sad news indeed. The coverage on the news is pretty horrific. People just out enjoying themselves and their lives ruined....I hope that it was not a terror attack but just some very unlucky accident, I know that might sound terrible but there is a big differance in both the situations......

Well my training idea for W6D2 went out the window and I managed to complete it...so thats not bad at all......will just do some mild jogging and build upto W6D3 on Thursday unless I decide to do something mad and try it on Tuesday...hmmmm will have to think about it.... Keep going folks....
