    i apologize profusely to those who are posting updates and to those who are helping update the sheet...it has been nothing short of a madhouse at my office recently and i truly do not get on the computer at home anymore to do the updates - so if i dont do it while i'm at the office, i'm not getting to it....i am deeply sorry to those who are sharing the load and i promise to do better.....i'll keep checking in daily and if there is updating to be done i will try very hard to do it....again i'm sorry for not being more supportive and "present" on the thread....denise

    No need to apologize Denise, updating this thing only takes a few minutes, you aren't letting anyone down. If I ever wanted someone to work with in a project you would be on top of my list

    Well completed my C25K today...not bad at all....all 9 weeks over with...ended up doing 10km on the treadmill....not all jogging...but still happy.....

    Total miles for may....52.3. My LOFTY goal of 200 is looking doomed. I guess I should get on the bike more than the elliptical.
