    Hope I'm not too late to join in the fun this month! The weather is finally beautiful and my knees are cooperating and my lungs are finally pneumonia free, so I believe I'll challenge myself to 100 miles this month!

    May 1: 2.1 (Walk) and 7.5 (Bike)
    May 2: 2 (Walk)
    May 3: 2 (Walk) and 12.4 (Bike)
    May 4: 2.9 (Walk)
    May 6: 2 (Walk)

    TOTAL TO DATE: 30.9

    ... 5K race this evening! I somehow managed to do this one a few seconds faster than the last one - - a whole 17 seconds :laugh: Still I wasn't expecting to do this one in any way close to the time I did the one last week because of the 10K on Sunday so pretty pleased with myself. I'm not too sure what is going to happen next week though - I am under awful pressure now to do a better time :laugh:
