Hello, I eat things like rice and also lots of veggies, carrots and peas dont contain a lot of cals but are filling along with small new potatoes...very nice...plate looks like its full all the time but cal count is pretty low. Not sure what other advice I can give as I dont have that sort of hungry type thing (yet!!) J

Hi I have the same issue with the cals but I (like the previous poster) visit the gym and today I burned 720 cals on the treadmill and my pedometer today showed I burned 109 cals...so am at -829 cals.... My breakfast was kelloges special K with semi skimmed milk, fruit for lunch and steak, new small potatoes and beetroot…

Thanks Erin, Just keep at it, I just try and make sure that I burn more than I eat. I just started a new job today and its on the 3rd floor so lots of steps and the car park across the street is 6 levels so I will park the car on the top floor and walk up and down the stairs as much as possible, every litte helps.... Hi Dont bother with the carbs as such, just make sure its not like 1000 times over. As for being under the cal count for the day, well I have mine at 1660 cals a day but burn off at least 1000 in the gym, so it leaves me 2650 cals to use up, in the last week I have had more negative than anything and have not hit the 1660…

Hi Since the 2nd Jan I have lost 24lbs but I have stuck to the cal ****ing and visit the gym at least 6 times a week and now I am burning at least 1000 cals per trip. I goto a gym where you find people of all shapes and sizes. I dont care what anyone thinks about me or the training I am doing. I look over and see the guys pumping the iron, strutting their stuff like peacocks.....then there are the the ladys who come in with makeup on and smelling of perfume and not a hair out of place.…

Yes walking is very good and will help (as others have said) with burning off the cals. There are some other apps to use for recording your steps and updating MFP or you can just buy a pedometer which records, steps taken, cals burnt, distance. Hi I have this sort of problem as well but I have started to eat more fruit which helps. Red grapes are really nice and will give you some extra cals and they taste good.
