  • Carry that baby everywhere in a sling or a backpack whatever! I started MFP when my baby was about 8 months. I used his weight as a weight while I walked, cleaned house, cooked dinner whatever. I'm down 40lbs and that's really the most exercise I've done.
  • Vegetarian for 21 years. You can interview me.
  • I think the way you loose it depends on your body but it does happen. I've been losing weight at a healthy pace and I've gone from 44DD to 38D in 7 months.
  • Our family goes hiking. Indoor rock climbing is fun too.
  • Get rid of the snack foods! It's too easy to give in to the temptation. Try replacing the junk with baby carrots or celery or if you really need a snack factor it in to your calories and consume one serving slowly. It's a matter of will power...you can do it!
  • Trim the collards (remove stems) and slice into ribbons. Heat a little oil add a minced clove of garlic, when the oil is hot add the greens a dash of vegetable stock and braggs liquid aminos. Cover until wilted and serve with a squeeze of lemon. Greens are so much tastier when they are not cooked to mush!
  • Wear your baby in a backpack, a sling or whatever and clean your house or go for a walk. I have a 16 month old (and 12 year old and 5 year old).
