Trainers have always advised to warm up with cardio (5 to 10 minutes) but that lifting should be done first as it takes more energy to lift.

Try air popping your pop corn (no oil or butter); also cauliflower popcorn is a great snack (take the cauliflower add a small amount of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, nutritional yeast and cayenne powder and shake in a zip lock).
