  • I've been vegan for almost a month now, and I've noticed I have much more energy now, I'm happier in general and have a better outlook on life.   • I've made this one before and it's pretty tasty! I used both nooch and Daiya cheddar though for extra cheesiness.
  • Cookies. Back in my fattest days I could easily polish off a whole package of Chips Ahoy in one sitting. Never again! :neutral: I don't keep them in the house anymore.
  • I try to have food already in the fridge that's prepped and ready to go (like salads or leftovers from a previous meal) in the event that I just don't feel like cooking at any particular time :)
  • My last straw was feeling sharp pain in my knees if I went up too many stairs, or heel pain if I stood for too long. I used to have to wear heel inserts in my shoes at all times except when showering/sleeping otherwise my feet would hurt too bad. After dropping some of the weight, I don't have to wear those inserts anymore…
  • I haven't bought anything smaller, but I've been gifted smaller sized clothes and I use those to help inspire me to lose weight. I'm too frugal to buy clothes that I can't wear immediately, but gifts from my family is fine :)

  • I always log my food before I start making it, that way I know beforehand how many calories it'll be and how many calories I'll have leftover to work with for the rest of the day :)
