How do you deal with stress eating ?

Hi guys,
So I've just joined today, I've been pretty successful with weight loss before but I've always gained it back, giving up is not an option though, I'm hopefully doing it this time with no return.
Before I begin my journey, I'd pretty much like to admit that I'm a huge emotional eater ( especially stress eating ), I'm a medical student and things are pretty rough here :| I always end up binge eating during the exam period which in turn affects my studying ( needless to say I binge on crappy food as well ) how do I deal with this ? It's ruining me mentally, physically and academically, i have a treadmill, I try to incorporate as much excercise as I can but hey it'med school, I probably forget it's there during exams.
I NEED serious help. Thank you guys and have a beautiful day (:

When I'm really stressed, I try to put my attention into some activity I enjoy that doesn't involve food - like reading a book, making a craft, playing video games or leeching hugs off my boyfriend. Trying to relax - but keeping busy with some activity I like - will take my mind off of cravings... which is usually a chocolate craving when I'm stressed :)
