I started this last week, and still on level 1, so I'm in! I am keeping track of calories, and a little discouraged I haven't lost more than the 3 pounds. Maybe I am getting more muscle, than burning fat? Either way, I am going to keep with it!!

I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Its a dvd with three different levels. Each level is 20 minutes. Its amazing!!! But, it will kick your butt! I had completed about 4 days of level 1 and thought about going to level 2 and I about died! I am really noticing results with the dvd and keeping track of my calories. Wish…

I am on day 5. I thought I could jump to level 2, but ohhh no! LOL. I think I will go back to level 1 for another couple of days :)
