Awesome share! Thank you!

Hey thanks guys! And grrly, it's scary at first to look at the equation "eat more = lose weight" isn't it?!
-
Sorry, sometimes I question my own intelligence when I can't get a simple picture to upload >.> Heh.

Also, if you wanna cut out any confusion about eating back exercise calories, just calculate your TDEE using the sedentary activity level, eat about 85-90% of your TDEE, and eat back all of your exercise calories that you log :) Seems ta be working for me after feeling stuck in the same loop of weight I couldn't shed. :)…

Two words. Ferrero Rocher.... Mmmmmm. Those little gold-foil-wrapped balls of succulence, my GOD.
-
^^^ This. I was skinny fat once because of taking in too little calories. I was low weight and squishy as all hell. It's all about TDEE and BMR!

DEFINITELY DO THIS. I'm telling you, nothing helps ease the burning and itching like this stuff, you will kick yourself for having not gotten it sooner because it will relieve your symptoms better than anything else! Trust me I had a stint of 4 months where I had a YI once, sometimes TWICE a month before I realized what…

And yes, the intense burning I've definitely had before. The first time I'd ever used AZO Yeast was when I had the worst infection in my LIFE, so bad that I called my mother over to my house to like take care of me because I couldn't even move from the bed, so he had to make me food, etc. She suggested I try it and by the…

First, DO NOT USE MONISTAT 1 OVULE - it will feel like an egg of fire ants has hatched in your hoo-ha. Just use a 5 day wax capsule Monistat. Second, FOR THE BEST SYMPTOM RELIEF, if not the ONLY symptom relief: Go to a pharmacy and get something called AZO YEAST immediately. These things will not only help prevent future…

I'm 5'4 and at my lowest weight (when I was dating/living with a REALLY skinny dude and was embarrassed to eat around him for 7 months) was 129lbs. My high weight years before that 178. However, at that low weight, I was definitely what could be considered "skinny-fat" because the only way I lost the weight was basically…

Simple: Do a forum search for "In Place of a Road Map" - it's likely you aren't meant to be @ 1200 calories a day!
-
Not sure if this will help, but I was listening to Fat2Fit Radio today (fat2fitradio.com) and in the podcast I was listening to, they mentioned that episode #81 talked about all the pills and Rx's that can cause weight gain. Might be worth a listen!

Maybe go see what the specialist has to say, make it clear you are looking to NOT have surgery and are simply looking for honest opinions (of course, don't rule out that recommending surgery could be beneficial for the doc's wallet, so feel out whose interests he really has at heart) but also, how many calories a day are…

That is a REALLY good idea! Thanks!

Much thanks for the info, and it definitely hurts to push ON it, not so much when you release it. I WISH I could get it taken care of or even looked at but my bank account (at the moment) just can't handle the cost of that sort of thing. I'm going to just have to take it easy on it, read up as much as I can on how to take…

Thanks, rich :) That's what I did was stopped, iced, and elevated. Just did some more reading on stress fractures and unfortunately it seems like this might be exactly what it is! Yikes!
-
Oh, and not really any swelling that I can see. Thanks in advanced!

Not a whole meal but a nice little tomato/mozzarella/basil salad with balsamic drippings! Yum!

Kick *kitten* results! I'm on dayyyy 4 of level 2, I had to kinda cut it out today and yesterday because I started incorporating some major walking along with it and my dang shoes gave me blisters on the balls of my feet and I couldn't even WALK until a little earlier today! Still very touchy but as for 30DS, I've…

Thanks you guys ^_^ VERY good info there! God I love this site!

Thanks for the reassurance guys!

Thankee!! ^.^

Awesome opossum! Thank you so much Anvil! I can totally deal with having to be patient and sticking with it in order to see weight loss, I just wanted to make sure that I WOULD eventually see weight loss and I'd read so much about people that don't lose weight because of too FEW calories which stumped me until I researched…
-
Also I should just mention that with this research, that's why I'm thinking I need to up my intake, maybe taking in too few calories for the amount of exercise I do during the week is WHY I'm not seeing the results I feel like I should be... I'm constantly trying to apply that little thing known as patience as well, but,…

oops, forgot to drop the link to the blister-healing post! http://forums.runnersworld.com/forums/runner-communities/barefoot-running/curing-blisters
-
Holy cow - SAME PROBLEM, same blisters, same area! I read an article about it on runnersworld.com you might be interested in as far as healing them quickly goes (it's actually in the 'barefoot runners' portion of their forum), so hopefully that can help a bit, however, as far as keeping them from popping up over and over…

Thank you guys so much for your replies, I'm definitely going to try a combination of ALL of this! <3

Well, like I said, I've been to chiropractors off and on for years but it's always been for the treatment of the pain, not really to tell me what to do to 'fix' or 'help' it.

Beautiful!
