I have read that link, and I am now more confused then ever!! I have a VO2 option on my HRM, but I have no idea what my VO2 is or how to work it out properly!!!! :( This is really making me confused and disheartened and I have no idea what to do! Surely an hours walking at speed up a large hill burns more than 305 calories?

I once dislocated my knee, and now 2 years later I am finally getting back to normal after an ACL replacement and cartiliage repair. 4 surgerys is not fun, and I recommend you get seen to right away before you do some worse damage to your knee.

Im not the biggest fan of the your shape game, but it involves a fair few things I am unable to do for my knees at the moment x

I am at 218 and MFP has me at 1250 a day.

Dance Central and The MyFitness Coach: Your Shape both tell you how many calories you have burned. The dance central you have to put onto workout mode for it to tell you. Both are great workouts, and there is some fun and workouts to be had with Kinect sports too, and the sports are listed on the MFP site and app.

Which Tae Bo workout are you doing? I have two of the older ones which I do, and these are pretty good on the knees. I have had 4 knee surgerys on my right knee in the past year, and this is one thing I have been able to do the majority of my healing time.

My uncle has diabetes, and he has been told to avoid fruit and bread and pasta, althought I think all these things have been mentioned. Also milk and dairy products are not great when it comes to sugar levels, so try to avoid these too hunnie. x

It's different per person, but I find I get lazy and bad with my food if off days are together. I am having one cheat meal a week, but I haven't actually had a day off working out in about 3 weeks now!
