is it bad to have my "off" days (non workout days) in a row? I've been working out Mondays-Fridays.. then my "off" days are Saturdays and Sundays! Is that bad?

It's different per person, but I find I get lazy and bad with my food if off days are together. I am having one cheat meal a week, but I haven't actually had a day off working out in about 3 weeks now!
  • See I'm quite the opposite.. on the days I know I'm going to workout I eat more because I know I can just burn it off at the gym.. but on days that I don't workout I watch what I eat VERY carefully and eat even less... I just hate working out on weekends! I feel like these are my days to relax from school and EVERYTHING! :glasses:

I have a cheat day once a week too. But..........I may have gotten addicted to working out to prevent going over on my calories. Like the previous post, it's different for each person.

Does it really matter what days we take off from working out?! Has this been working for you?

I workout tues-thurs and then saturday and sunday. I find I can get a better workout in on the weekends because I have more time.
