"Off" Days?

is it bad to have my "off" days (non workout days) in a row? I've been working out Mondays-Fridays.. then my "off" days are Saturdays and Sundays! Is that bad?

It's different per person, but I find I get lazy and bad with my food if off days are together. I am having one cheat meal a week, but I haven't actually had a day off working out in about 3 weeks now!0

See I'm quite the opposite.. on the days I know I'm going to workout I eat more because I know I can just burn it off at the gym.. but on days that I don't workout I watch what I eat VERY carefully and eat even less... I just hate working out on weekends! I feel like these are my days to relax from school and EVERYTHING! :glasses:0

I have a cheat day once a week too. But..........I may have gotten addicted to working out to prevent going over on my calories. Like the previous post, it's different for each person.0

I take some Fridays and Saturdays off, but come Sunday, I'm ready to really work out0

I workout tues-thurs and then saturday and sunday. I find I can get a better workout in on the weekends because I have more time.0
