Although I am not borderline diabetic I am fighting great joint pain which is keeping me from sleeping at night. I have started again this week with a new plan of attack that for now will include non-impact exercise and eating healthy. I too could use support and am willing to give support to anyone who wishes to add me.

Prescription diet drugs are to be used in combination with a healthy lifestyle. That being said, if you are living a healthy lifestyle then you should not need them. I would never use an over the counter diet pill as they are not regulated and there is no telling what is really in them and what harm it might really bring.

Since your food diary is not open to view, it is hard for any of us to tell what you might need to do. You might need to go in and update your food and activity profile so the program and give you a better number.

It is ok. We all have bad days some over, some under on calories. The trick is to aim for your calorie goal. As someone else mentioned its more about averaging things out. No day is going to be perfect. So log it in, own it and move forward for tomorrow is a new day.

I dont live close but always willing to support someone. Do not worry about what others think of you at the gym. Go in there and show them you are serious and in no time they will all be looking at you saying. Wow, that is one determined person.
