Yesterday was a great day and I managed to pull off a .2lbs loss after having such a rough week, sooooooo Just for today.. I will not snack after dinner (this is a big one for me) I will exercise twice I will eat fruit/veggies instead of processed snacks

I think for me it is owning up to a bad day and moving on. For some reason when I have a bad day, I tend to have a few more. That evil voice inside says....Oh what is one more bad day. I have found that taking a bubble bath, doing my nails etc helps me to relax and feel better about myself. Just do something you enjoy if that is exercise great if that is reading great. What ever takes your mind off of everything else for a while
