Do not beat yourself up. Today is a new day and you can move forward. Do a little extra exercise today and drink some extra water. You will be fine. It is not always possible but if you know you are going to have drinks try to plan for it. Do a little extra exercise that day and watch your calories. By no means do I mean…

Some great advice by my fellow MFP people. I reached my goal a little over a week ago. I did not avoid any 1 food particular however, I did limit things. As said above...If you use your calories on high fat/ high sugar foods, you will not get to eat a lot of food ad therefore you will be hungry. Do not be afraid to try new…

Although I loved and lost on the old Weight Watchers plan, the new plan with "all the free fruit" was killing me as well. I went back to the old plan as I still had all the books. Lost 31 pounds since January and im thrilled. I knew if I stuck with what worked I could do it. But as with the rest of you, the new plan was…

We have a Movie Stop near us and they sell her videos as well as used ones. I picked up a couple used ones for 2 & 3 dollars. Leslie is fantastic and no matter what your fitness level is, you can modify her walks.

As tough as it is, just put it behind you where it belongs and start fresh. Drink some extra water to help make the body function properly and add steps to your day. We are all going to have days or weeks like this due to unforeseen problems and stress. As someone mentions the Cortisol levels in your body can add weight…

Motivation and willpower all come from within. That being said, I check here often during the day to see what my friends are up to and what great suggestions they have. It seems to keep me moving down the right track. I reached my weight goal this past week but still have many other goals in fitness to obtain and by…

Sounds like you are on the right track to your journey. It is a process and I found it easier to start with the food and then add in the exercise. Keep going, im sure you will do great

You are doing great and I think most of us can identify with your story. The yoyo thing does finally get old and it does finally kick in. The hard part to me is not the losing of the weight, it is the keeping it off part. So I vowed this time to not give up. I reached my goal earlier this week and I will just have to stay…

I have several of these issues not to mention knots in my back. I do not have a problem losing weight in fact I can lose very nicely (30 lbs since January and at goal weight), my problem is if I do not keep a real close eye on things, I will put it back on just as quickly. It has to stay a main focus in my life. Nothing I…

Good luck. You can do this

Wish the rest of your pictures would have come out, but you look great now. Congrats. It is a wonderful journey

Try testing both of your scales. Set them on a flat surface and put 10 lbs on them. You can use hand weights or anything else you may have. Try not to move your scale either. Every time you move them, there is a chance it will become unbalanced

I also love SkinnyTaste.com. I have made several recipes from there and my entire family loves them. I also just made a recipe from Emilybites.com and everyone loved it as well. There are more on that site I plan to try in the next week or so

You are doing amazing. Congrats on the loss this week. Keep up the good work and you will reach that goal

You can do things like Baked potatoes or baked sweet potatoes in the microwave as well as corn, most veggies can be microwaved as well. In the store, you should also be able to find things like pre-cooked chicken breast. You can heat 1 of them up in the microwave and add it to a salad or just eat it plain. If you have a…

Hi Jem and welcome to the community. I do understand how you feel. One of the hardest things to learn is how to love yourself for who you are. Remember if your boyfriend didn't like you, he wouldn't be with you. So do this for yourself and not anyone else. I will send you a friend request
