I eat bananas daily and I tend to still get leg cramps while asleep. If I stretch my legs in my sleep with my feet pointed like a ballerina they cause leg cramps but if I stretch with my toes up and towards my head it I don't get the cramps, just a stretch. I have RLS, maybe it has something to do with that? I do not take…

I was just diagnosed with PCOS 3 weeks ago. I am still doing research in regards to it and what kind of diet and supplements I should be taking. I purchased the book PCOS a dieticians guide which has a clinical information regarding PCOS which explains a lot. I enjoyed it just because I like to understand the nitty gritty…

Tanning is not healthy. Be proud of your pale skin. The statistics are overwhelming of the ratio to tanning to skin cancer. If you go tanning 100 x you are essentially guaranteed to get skin caner. Do the math....is it worth it?!

I too suffer from binge eating. I am starting to grasp saying no but I am still struggling. I received a huge sense of power when I was reading "Brain Over Binge", I have been side tracked with school recently and haven't been able to pick the book back up. I suggest reading this book it has awesome reviews from people who…

Part of my issue is I don't buy the stuff when my husband and I go grocery shopping together on the weekends...it's during the week after work when something bad has happened and stressed me out or made me depressed. I end up at the store buying my fav foods and binging on them when my husband is at night school. (I too go…

I just recently realized what an issue it is for me and how much it is inhibiting me as a person, with my weightloss and myself in general. I just bought the book Brain over Binge, so far it has been insightful!

Kind of a tea snob here!! I typically only drink my tea from loose tea leaves. The majority of my teas come from Tea Forte...my favorite brand! Herbal is my favorite and I drink white, black, and green as well!

yes not all Greek yogurts are created equal...the term "greek" is not regulated by the FDA which allows anyone to throw a label on it and call it greek when indeed they are using fillers like pectin and cornstarch.

#4 is where I am at, it may be bass ackwards but I don't understand toning muscle that is hidden behind 70lbs of fat. Once I am closer to my goal weight I will tone up my body as I do enjoy lifiting and doing cardio

best thing to do is find one that is equivalent to the portion you are eating. Food scales are marvelous!

food scales are amazing for this problem...that and most nutrition labels state how many grams are in a serving.

I actually met my husband this way. We "met" at plentyoffish.com. Do not get me wrong there are sceeves on there and are only looking to get a piece of @$$, but there are genuine guys on there looking for love. Best of luck!

You are probably steeping the tea too long. Green tea only needs to be steeped 2-3 minutes, any longer and it becomes bitter. Also try and buy the full tea leaves as they are better quality. Try it iced with some lemon and some natural sweetner.

my one kitty is very special like that...he is not graceful what so ever....he usually misses his mark when he jumps...he ends up stumbling and not clearing it! LOL

lentils are fantastic as they are a complex protein, tofu, soy beans (which have more protein than tofu), eggs, cheese, greek yogurt, meat substitutes, legumes, the new pasta from barilla contains a decent amount of protein, milk

actually there are negative calorie snacks..Here is a list of negative calorie foods. No that doesn't mean the foods have negative calories ;) I wish lol. What it means is that when you eat these foods raw or in some cases slightly cooked with nothing on them your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than…

LOL yea I noticed that too....

you don't want your carbs taking up more than 55% of your daily intake between fat, protein, and carbs. You're going to have to exercise. Your body could be carb sensitive and if that's the case be careful with them....and stay away from the white stuff....

um....YUM!

Yea that is my concern. The old formula wasn't too bad ( I know there are cleaner formulas out there but completely out of my budget range) I thought it was something I did with the mixture but I am definately looking at the label when I get home!
-
I am using the same amount of liquid as I did with the old formula. More liquid equals more calories.... My post is just wondering if others have experienced this issue with other protein powders. Thanks tho...
