I've lost 3 stone in a year slow and steady is the key, I lost loads in first month then it slowed to about a 1lb a week I've been on holidays and put on but I know know how to get it back off, this is a life style change not a diet, it help you to understand what you can and can't eat some foods are good others your body…

Thanks everyone I always weight food and I take the cal burn off the machines at the gym, Im going to up my cals I eat a day and see how I go :)
