13 pounds so a quite a bit really, but then again I have a fair few to loose!

Im eating more when I exercise but doing the 30DS ive just put it down at about 160 calories so I increase my daily to around 1300, however I eat fruit like oranges melon and grapes and don't include that so I guess I am eating them back?

Im 5'7 so my BMR is 1570, normally I have about 1300 cals when doing exercise but ive always been slightly under my daily!

Heyy, Im on day 7 of level 1, I can honestly say I hate jillian in the first 10 mins and by the end I love her! so far I have lost an inch so hoping to loose more as I carry on! Good luck with everything :)
