Okay so my stats are im 5'7 weight 133 pounds, so my bmi and everything is fine...however i still have a lot of belly fat to loose what im trying at the moment is cutting out sugar as much as a can upping protein to 130g daily starting to lift at the gym is there anything else i can do? its really getting me down

just wondering when it is people eat the most calories? for example when i know im going to the gym i eat more in the day, is this the best thing to do? or is it better to eat the earned calories after working out?

When i do a work out in the morning the amount i can lift is a lot less than if i did a work out in the afternoon/early evening? anyone else have this problem?

lifting with dumbells
at the gym i like to lift with dumbells, at the moment i use 4,5 and 6kg weights, my question is, is it better to do less reps with a heavier weight or more with a lighter weight?

I have recently upped my calories from 1200 to 1350 and have done this for about 2 weeks but I have GAINED a pound! Should I go back to 1200? im 5'7 132 and im 19 I have started doing about 10 mins a day of lifting but not enough to gain much muscle (I don't think) help please!
