So ive lost a decent amount of weight so far, but i want to know what i can do to speed up weightloss for the next 2 months? basically im going on holiday and would love to loose another 9 pounds before i go but my weightloss has really slowed down. i was thinking about reducing my sugar intake? any suggestions? :)

Speed up weightloss
So ive been doing my diet since January, but recently my weight loss has rapidly slowed down! Is there anyway to get it going again? I am about to start going running daily so would that help?

30 day shred-help
so I started the 30 day shred and got to level 2 day 4 but during it I pulled a ligament in my foot which meant I couldn't do most of the work out. I have been doing this 1200 cal a day diet for nearly 2 months now, im also on day 8 of the 30 day shred but my weightless has completely stopped! should I reduce my calorie intake further? im not even half way to where I want to be yet so this is extremely annoying!

I have been dieting for just over 3 weeks now, I have mostly stuck to my 1200 a day :) I also use an exercise bike everyday for a good 10 mins (will increase soon) I have weighed myself again and I have lost another pound totalling my loss at 9 pounds. i do have a fair few to loose, does this sound about right?
