ever since i started this diet ive been unable to get to sleep, why is this?
and how can i get back to sleeping?

Because you have a better diet now your body is less sluggish (not bogged down by crappy foods) and you are more energised. You should maybe try a light bit of excersise even if its just a short walk around the block0

Your not eating enough, your body needs energy to sleep. From your other forum post you said you were only eating 1200.
