Thank you, i am doing crunches too although i could probably do more! my problem in the only place i carry weight is my stomach, everything else is okay haha

i do understand this, i have a heart rate monitor so im getting a pretty accurate number or burnt calories, plus i normaly do a small bit of cardio before lifting to increase my heart rate

If you think about it 3500 calories= 1 pound, but this would be 3500 on top of your tdee amount so the most likely increase on your scales is water weight, so make sure you drink lots of water today and the scales should even themselves out by the end of the week :)

I still see myself as big, even after a massive loss i have days where i look at myself and think i havent changed clearly in my profile pic i have but i agree it will take time for my brain to catch up (or so im hoping)

i actually plan on joining my gym this sunday (finally plucked up the courage to do this!) how long at a time should i do strength training?

when you say lift how do you mean? i do work outs with dumbells but im guessing you mean heavier than this?

Im also running 4-5 times a week for 20 minutes and I increased as I don't have that much to loose anymore and I was being told I wasn't eating enough!

Thank you for the supporting comments, unfortunately I was unable to log what I ate as it was a restaurant with no indication on the calories so maybe I am just overthinking that and you all have made me rethink this, I may have been loosing weight nearly a year but I am still learning so I really do appreciate your…
