body fat percentage

Does anyone have any tips how to decrease fat percentage? i think thats something i need to do as im nearly in the underweight category but still have some fat to loose.
so looking for any tips apart from eating clean at 1200-1500 and exercising?

Eating at a deficit and lifting heavy is pretty much the way to go.

What body fat percentage are you hoping to get to?
I would lift weights, get plenty of protien and eat at a small calorie deficit. This things prevent muscle loss. You really don't want to lose muscle at this point (or you want to lose as little as possible). Loosing muscle now will just make you lighter (unhealthy) but keep your body fat percentage about the same.0 -

Or like 45 minutes, 3 times a week. This is a good program, I'd recommend.
