Eating at a deficit and lifting heavy is pretty much the way to go.

According to your profile, your numbers seem good for your height. You might wanna eat very close to maintenance ans lift at this point in order to reshape your body.

Check your numbers in there :

And I would substract 10% from TDEE and go from there

What body fat percentage are you hoping to get to?

I would lift weights, get plenty of protien and eat at a small calorie deficit. This things prevent muscle loss. You really don't want to lose muscle at this point (or you want to lose as little as possible). Loosing muscle now will just make you lighter (unhealthy) but keep your body fat percentage about the same.

Heavier is generally better or preserving muscle. Do you have access to a gym?

For the rest of your life??

Or like 45 minutes, 3 times a week. This is a good program, I'd recommend.
