Should I go back to 1200?
im 5'7 132 and im 19
I have started doing about 10 mins a day of lifting but not enough to gain much muscle (I don't think)

Open your diary....Maybe its something that you ate that your holding onto water weight0

Probably just normal weight fluctuation. My body weight can fluctuate 6 lbs.
Edit: With that low of calorie intake and that low of level of exercise, you're not gaining any muscle.0 -
What made you decide to increase your calorie intake?
I would give it a bit before going back. First of all your weight can fluctuate a few pounds from day to day. Also when you first start a new exercise program your body needs time to adjust. During the adjustment period it produces cortisol which causes the body to retain water resulting in weight gain. Now I dont know if it reacts the same way to changes in eating so if you havent started a new workout routine in the last couple of weeks this may not be whats going on. Still I would give it another couple of weeks and see what happens. Finally, make sure you are acurately tracking your calories so you are not eating more than you think. good luck0 -
Im also running 4-5 times a week for 20 minutes
and I increased as I don't have that much to loose anymore and I was being told I wasn't eating enough!0 -
Fluctuations are normal. It will go back down. I've lost 57lbs and during a week alone my scale goes up 1-3lbs.0

If you gained fat because of the extra calories then that would mean that 1350 is above your maintenance. In fact to gain a pound in 2 weeks it would mean that 1100 was your maintenance, which it clearly isn't if you've been losing weight at 1200. So yeah, don't worry.0

Are you saying you're netting 1350, or only taking in 1350?
I still believe that it is A) Normal Weight Fluctuation orWater retention from the added strength training.
Also, I'd recommend opening up your diary.0
