I have been doing my diet for a few months now but recently i've been the same weight for a long time, Im 5'7 and 154lbs. I have upped my exercise and reduced my calorie intake ( I do eat most of my burned calories back) and it hasn't helped.

What else can I do to continue loosing weight? my gw is 135 so still have a good way to go yet!

  • Do you change up your exercise routine? I've heard your body gets used to the activity if you do the same thing all the time.

If you aren't running/jogging for cardio, I would try that. It made a huge difference when I started running and didn't take long to start seeing results.

Other than that, everyone just says to keep at it and your weight will eventually drop. I'm stuck at my current weight and have been for nearly 3 weeks. I dropped the first 8-10lbs quick, then went back up a couple lbs and haven't been able to get back down. I'm just sticking to my diet and exercise and hoping I will see some results soon.

    Hang in there.

Your diary is closed so we wont be able to give you an intelligent answer. Would you leave your car at home when asking your mechanic why its running funny? ;)

You may be eating too little. You may be eating too much. You may have too much sodium. You may not be progressing in your workouts. You may be doing strength training which affects inches more than the scale.
    Etc, etc.
