loosing the last few pounds?

Has anyone been able to loose their last few pounds and reach the goal weight they are happy with?
if so what have did you do differently?

it seems my body is holding onto the last few and wont let go!

    I am on my last pound and I will be happy with my goal weight.

    I may drop a few extra to reach my BF% but I hit maintenance in 1lb.

    I didn't do anything differently, I log, I lift 3x a week, I do my cardio/HIIT 2x a week.

    I haven't really stalled out either. I just weigh my food, measure liquids and do what I've been doing the last 10months.

    The only thing I have been doing for the last two weeks is upping my calories 100 each week as I get closer...starting this week I am eating 1800 a day. I will continue to do that until I hit maitenance.

    Continue logging everything you are consuming. Those last few lbs can be a pain. Your body wants to hold onto them. Depending on what your goal is, it may be challenging. If what you've been doing works, keep doing it. Hit those calorie/macro goals and get in your workouts. You'll get there. It just takes time and consistency.
