I love my cold oats. I use whole mike because I make them for my kids as well. I use whole milk non-fat greek yogurt crainrasins and sliced almonds so good and googy in the morning...very filling

I do bikram yoga and my heart rate monitor registered about a 600 cal burn in a 90 min class. I was defiantly pushing my self that day. holding good solid poses. For 90 min I dont think that is unreasonable. if I was to do zumba for 90 min my cal burn would be way over that.

For people saying it is not a cardio exercise have you seen to a bikram yoga class? Just like anyone workout you can phone it in some days but when your focused and doing the postures and really pushing yourself...I think 600 is fairly accurate.

try bikram yoga. also done in a hot room, but no poses are done with weight on your hands.

Everyone body reacts differently. My SIL gets emaciated while BF but my body never dropped a lbs. There is not realy much you can do about it untill you stop BF because you could effect your Milk supply

Im on level 2 day 3. it is good so far. took a while befor my scale started to move though...so dont be scared! I dont do it reliousely because I do some other things aswell. and somtimes take off a day or so. but it is working!

I just finished L1 D4 last night. I am shooting to do this atleast 4-5 times a week. I do zumba and yoga the other days. I did have to take day 3 off because my legs hurt to much. the best thing about this DVD is that it is soooo short! it is hard to have an excuse not to do it.

Everyone still going. I did L1D2 last night. Thinking I might have a rest day today! boy my legs are sore. but for some reason my arms feel fine.

i had found a differnt thread by googleing the same question, people cal ranged from 180 to 220....so I just put in a avg 200

Me! Started Day 1 Level 1 yesterday! I am hoping to do this atleast 5 times a week with bikram yoga and Zumba the other 2 days. If I don't see results I am going to cry! How many people did before and after pics. I am to scared.

Hi, I have 3 kids and work full time. I have gained weight from all of my pregnancies (4 in 6 years one lost baby at birth). I am done with having the mommy body.

I like Fiber one 90 cal bars - the chocolate and pretzel ones are awesome. I try not to eat them to much since they are not a "whole food" but in a jam. they are tasty! and only 90 cal!
