Food on the go!

Hi guys
I'm new to MFP and I am looking for some tips on foods that you can buy in the supermarket when in a hurry that aren't going to make me cry when I put them in my diary.
Can anyone help?

    My "on the go" foods are yogurt, dates, macadamia/almonds/cashews. The yogurt you have to eat quick though if you don't plan on getting to some kind of refrigeration soon.

    I like Fiber one 90 cal bars - the chocolate and pretzel ones are awesome. I try not to eat them to much since they are not a "whole food" but in a jam. they are tasty! and only 90 cal!
