I have also found soup to be a good low calorie meal. Also, once you figure out the calories for what you made, you can save it here as a meal. Then the next time you make it, it will be easier to add to your food intake by clicking on the saved meal instead of each individual item.

I was gone for awhile too and am now back. At least I did not gain while I was gone.

Yeah...I finished off the Samoas. 4 of them! But now they are gone and I'll be back on track tomorrow. It happens to the best of us. ;-)

Sending to the troops is a great idea! I will be boothing with my Brownie daughter next weekend and of course I ordered plenty for us as well. Hopefully I can get the rest of the family to eat them quickly. I am really, really gonna make the effort to resist the call of the frozen thin mint this year.

I feel for you! International Delight's Sugar-free French Vanilla is 20 calories/Tablespoon. It is pretty good. I can get by with only 2. I think if you very gradually reduce the creamer you can get your taste buds used to it. Good luck!

I do watch Carson's show. It is an eye opener. It is nice to see the women have more self-confidence at the end. I would be embarassed to go on it though!! Just in case any students saw it as I am a teacher.

Oh my gosh! This is a big problem for me too. The people I work with bring in a steady supply of chocolate, chips etc. and keep them on what is known as "the grazing table' for all the staff to share. Even when I bring healthy snacks, temptation is always staring me in the face. I try to avoid it, but on super stressful…

Sometimes that just happens. Try not to beat yourself up too much about it. Just go on from here. Hopefully you will have a much better week this time. My workplace is always laying out the tempting goodies, but I have found that logging everything on here has really helped me to have better will power. Best of luck to you…

I am also new. I was looking for a site I had found previously and was finally going to spend the $30 to join. I found this one instead and it is free!! So here I am. I think it actually has more features than the one I'd planned to pay for. ;-)
