The sodium argument would be a buffer at worse, you'll fluctuate a few pounds based on sodium, but still in the same general upward or downward trend over time. So easy I promise! Batch/freezer cooking, I pick like 3 recipes and make 2 bags of each recipe and it takes me MAYBE 40 minutes, toss them in the freezer, remove the night before you want it- or if you like me the morning of and defrost after work.
