I have restarted keto a few times, I just find fasting really hard and eating so few calories. I really just feel hungry all the time.

I have been doing keto a while, my hardest part following it has been lack of snack foods. I like it becauae most of the meals I would eat anyways. Being social is obviously hard, also the Keto Flu can be rough.

Im at 210 hoping to go down to 140-150 area. I got half way before and regained and having a much harder time restarting.
