  • Hi there, I am back on this weight loss journey again...I get so frustrated too. its so hard and I guess its just about the fight....I get so made at myself for gaining the weight I have.   • another thing I found is that the bubbly drinks also bloat your stomach...so you feel like you are not loosing when in fact you may be...I drink water and tea/coffee and allow wine with dinner....red of course for my heart :-) LOL!
