  • Onward soldiers!
  • I stayed the same this week, but that makes me determined to be able to report a loss next week! Let's go!
  • I like the idea of adding simple challenges. It will keep me checking in to find out what the challenge is. And just checking in helps keep me motivated. Who will post the challenges?
  • I want to continue, too. I'm going to try for 3 pounds. I'm being more realistic this time. SW: 157.5 GW: 154.5
  • OKaay! Don't know what I did there, but I'll try that again! SW: 159.5 for this challenge CW: 157.5 Not the 2 pounds weekly that I was hoping for, but 2 pounds!!! I'll take it. 2 pounds a month is better than no pounds, and in a year, I'll be almost at my goal!! Hey, beats looking back a year from now and thinking, "If…
  • Weigh in tomorrow!! Is everyone excited? Hope it's been a good week for all.
  • Sounds good to me. It will be great keeping up with the same people for another 4 weeks.
  • Glad to see so many weighing in. Helps me stay motivated to know the rest of you are still out there doing this, too. Good group of people!
  • Here it is, Sunday afternoon. The last week of our challenge is going to be over in just a few days. I have not met my goal during this challenge, but I have lost. Hope this upcoming weigh-in shows even more weight lost. Thanks to everyone for posting and keeping me motivated. Hope everyone is as pleased with this group…

  • Hey, losing 7 pounds in three weeks is not bad! Congrats! I bet it will go down again this coming week!
  • Bump. I love meatloaf and all of these suggestions are wonderful.
  • LOL! Of course!! We love our water at MFP! I just started working out with my daughter-in-law, who is doing what she calls the 9-month shred!.. She gave birth to my grandson 3 months ago, caesarean. She is wanting to lose the weight and get fit. I think working out with her will give me a lot of incentive. I don't want to…
  • .5 pounds lost this week. Slow but steady.
  • Everyone just keep checking in! If this weight loss thing were easy, everyone would be skinny!! Let's keep the group active. I know I need the accountability of reporting my successes and/or slip-ups. As long as we keep trying, we are succeeding.
  • CW: 157.5 - .5 pounds lost this week. Slow but steady.
  • Great job! Keep up the good work!
  • 3/27/13 SW: 158
  • I plan to check in everyday to keep myself accountable and read the posts to keep myself inspired and motivated. That will help me stick to my diet plan and help motivate me to exercise!!
  • I am committing to making it to the gym at least 5 times (counting today) before the next weigh-in. And, of course, stay under my calorie goal.
  • Some of you work out so much that I'm a little embarrassed to put this on here, but my NSV was that I actually got up and went to the gym this morning. Worked out about 40 minutes on the treadmill and general circuit. Made me feel so good about myself, I think I'll do it again tomorrow!!!
  • Hey, your first number is still a 1, not a 2, so I say, good job!!!!
  • SW: 159.5 3-20-13: 158.5 3-27-13: 158.0 I'll take it. I'm starting this week's challenge weighing less than I did last week, so I'll consider it "mission accomplished."
  • Good morning!! Just weighed and lost 1/2 pound. Not the pound I hoped for, but hey! Have to lose that 1/2 before I can lose the rest of the pound right? Hope to see a lot of people posting in this group today. I'll check in later to see if anyone has set up a special post for the weigh-ins.
  • It certainly helps me stick to my diet to know that I will be weighing in and telling others. Hope everyone is thrilled with their weigh in, but whatever the scales say, STICK WITH IT!! I have a new mantra (which I am stealing from another MFP member, but I don't know who: I read it in one of the posts) "PUT IT DOWN!" It…
  • I will post in the morning, also. Hope some of the others show up. Good luck!
  • LOL! You will!
  • Ok group. Today is Tuesday, which means tomorrow is weigh-in day. How many are committed to weighing in tomorrow and posting your loss, gain, or remained the same? Let's get the energy back in this group!!!!! Is anyone out there???:ohwell:
  • Reading the posts on MFP certainly helps me, too. When I see that my MFP friends are logging in and keeping within their calorie range and doing the exercising (so many many exercise a lot!!) it makes me want to have the same posted about me. ;-) I mainly want to lose this weight for myself, so I feel better and feel…
