age 36 height 5, 5" weight 191.8 goal weight 160 no to food scale lost 9 lbs since boxing day i love carbs. but eating bread/pasta/etc makes me very bloated and uncomfortable (not celiac) consuming 1500 calories a day

I have a Garmin Viovit 3rd generation and i love it! I love knowing how many steps i have achieved...it pushes me to keep walking and reach my goals. But that is all i use it for. and the fact that it is a watch too. :)

I find drinking out of a straw really helps. And if I have 4 cups plain, then I allow myself crystal light. Try getting a 8 cup water bottle , fill it and mark it with times so that by noon you drank half.

I would love to have an active friend!!! I ran my first ever race In may....10km, but got hurt, and tore My calf muscle, spent my recovery stuffing my face, now I am trainingn for Mud hero in 55 days and a family reunion in 45 days. Oh yeah and just did city chase too!!! :happy:
