Anyone know yet what to put it down as on MFP????

Last year i did it around 90 days and toned up but didn't lose weight ( I didn't diet though) I have started again 2 weeks ago and am trying to eat slightly less and have lost 2lb and an inch from each thigh :-) ( i only want to lose around 6-8 lb) anyway, what I really want to ask is how are you logging it on MFP ? Thanks

I did it for around 90 days last year but I didn't diet. It really is a good workout and it toned me up but I didn't lose any weight at all (which I was a bit miffed about really as before I did it I did zero exercise) I just started it again today but I probably won't do it everyday just as and when.

Hi I'm Sandra, I just joined this week. I don't have loads to lose but I just want to get back to normal. Did I imagine it or did I see somewhere that ironing can burn calories???
