I think If i had 200 calories in one day I would be starving so I would have to say no lol

if you google negative calorie foods you will find a huge list-it is manily just all veggies and some fruits the idea is that it takes more energy to digest these foods then the foods give you themselves so they are supposed to help with weight loss.

Nothing beats weight training for building lean muscles. I use yoga as a substitute for days in between really hard strength training workouts.

I have mine set for more protein than carbs, that is needed for muscle building since your muscles are made from protein. That has helped me lose 70 pounds and build lean muscle. I think it is 50% protein, 35 carbs, i don't remember exactly.

I had a friend like that i just told her to think of all the people around the world that are starving to death because they have NO FOOD and reminded her every time we went to eat. She dropped those habits quick :)

I;m 5'2 as well started at 138 and currently 131. my goal now is to begin lifting weights more heavily and get down to 125 and have lean muscle. I got down to 120 in the fast and I was "skinny fat" so this time i really want to build muscle and have a more toned look. feel free to add me!

When I had a significant amount of weight to lose i worked out 2 hours a day 6 days a week. Now that I am closer to my goal, I do more boydbuilding and less cardio so my workouts are about 45 min-1 hour 5 days a week.

The way I saw it was to eat my goal weight in grams of protein so I eat around 120g a day which has worked for me. Protein shakes help and I usually drink one in the evening or after a workout. If you get one serving of protein per meal then it is very easy.

I prefer protein shakes, you can add in whatever you want to, peanut butter, yogurt, etc and you get a large amount of protein. Bars just seem really processed to me so I try to stay away from them. The less processed the food is the better it is for you :)

Ramadan is helping me a lot, no food or drink sunrise to sunset. And when I do eat I try to eat only natural organic food and drink tons of water. The weight seems to be coming off pretty quickly. You shouldn't do the entire month but do it for maybe 3 days and see how you feel.

If you are lifting weights you should be getting a lot of protein. You can't lift weights and eat small amounts of protein and expect to build muscle. Your diary looks good and you're getting a good amount of protein. The only thing I suffer from is eating processed and packaged foods. Things have bee easier fro me since I eat only minimally processed foods. I've also cut deli meat and make my own using fresh chicken and turkey breasts. See if eating more natural foods…

It's not bad for you. There is a huge debate on saturated fat but look at some scholarly journals and look at the new research, it isn't bad at all. But get a pb with nothing but peanuts, it's simple :)
