Need help finding a good HRM!
I have been hoping to buy a heart rate monitor for a while but everyone has told me that unless you buy a really expensive one ($100 +) that they do not work too well. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Problem
Over the summer I lost 5 pounds I went from 138 to 132 and it did it by eating healthy and working out. I have no been lifting weights and I have gained all the weight back-yet everyone tells me I look the best I've ever looked. Now 5 pounds of muscle weight doesn't seem possible in 1 week of time.
